“Our food is made fresh daily from premium ingredients and cooked to order for our customers,” Bob Andersen, President of The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, said on Wednesday. “Many of our guests start with one of our delicious hummus options or soups, followed by our popular Gyro platter, Greek Salad and/or Chicken Souvlaki, which are our signature dishes.  For guests who have a sweet tooth our rice pudding is a favorite! We are incredibly excited and looking forward to serving and becoming part of the Boca Raton community.”

The Great Greek offers a menu of opens Mediterranean offerings, opening with appetizers like Hummus, Melitzanosalata (roasted eggplant puree with garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice), and stuffed grape leaves.
