The Great Greek’s fast-casual franchise training covers just about everything you’ll need to know about running one of our restaurants. While some restaurant experience is beneficial, we understand that all of our franchisees come from different backgrounds. Our training program is designed as such to ensure everyone is on the same page, regardless of their experience in the industry.

Online Fast-Casual Franchise Training

Our franchise training takes place both in-person and online. We’ve curated a comprehensive online system that walks franchisees through many of the basics. We introduce franchisees to fundamental concepts that include ordering, managing bookkeeping, and learning the basics of our menu via the online system. They can also find valuable resources there, like employee and training handbooks, for easy reference. Franchisees work with our expert trainers to move through the program at a steady pace. Not only does our online system make training convenient, but it also helps to minimize risk during the pandemic.

In-Person Training

Another integral part of our fast-casual franchise training is the in-person support you can look forward to. We’ll work with you right on-site in your location to help you and your staff implement everything you’ve learned. We know what a successful Great Greek grand opening should look like, and we’re serious about helping you achieve one.

Ongoing Training
